Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and driven Outdoor Van Sales Executive to join our sales team. This role involves traveling to various locations to promote and sell our products directly to customers, establishing long-term relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate should be proactive, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Promote and sell products to potential customers within assigned territories.
Visit clients in person, offering product demonstrations, discussing pricing, and closing sales.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Product Knowledge & Presentation:

Maintain an in-depth understanding of product features and benefits.
Conduct product demonstrations to customers, showcasing how products meet their needs.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products.
Route & Territory Management:

Plan and manage an effective sales route for maximum coverage of the assigned area.
Organize and schedule daily sales visits to clients.
Record detailed customer information and sales transactions in a CRM system.
Sales Reporting & Feedback:

Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit reports as required.
Identify and report on market trends and customer needs.
Van Management:

Ensure the van is stocked with inventory, well-maintained, and organized.
Safely transport products and promotional materials to various locations.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies while operating the van.


Candidate Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outdoor or field sales role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Basic computer skills and experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent (a relevant sales or business qualification is a plus).
Additional Requirements:

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling a variety of customer requests.
Physical stamina to travel and manage daily sales activities effectively.
