Requirements and skills
*Proven experience as a painter
Excellent knowledge of painting material and how to select, mix and apply them
*Solid knowledge of commercial a construction painting techniques
Aptitude in using appropriate tools (brushes, caulking guns etc.)
*Good basic math skills
Manual dexterity with excellent balance to work on scafolding, ladders etc.Excellent verbal communication skills.
*Ability to skillfully apply tiles and marbles to a variety of surfaces.
Thorough understanding of materials, methods, and tools involved in the process.
*Ability to make reasonable estimates of sizes, distances, and quantities.
Ability to identify the materials, resources, costs, and time needed to complete work.
*UAE experience in the installation of Waterproofing and waterproofing systems in accordance with the established procedures and practices.
*Candidates should possess a valid LPG gas Torch man membrane Waterproofing certificate from an Authorized agency.
*Cleaning and preparing surfaces for the application of sealants or other waterproofing materials.
*Inspecting roofs and other structures to identify leaks or damage that may require repair before applying a waterproofing product.
*Applying waterproofing materials to structures such as roofs, concrete slabs, foundations, or decks.
Inspecting the material after installation to ensure that it was applied correctly.
