3.Following standard recipe for each bake products.
4.Peeling, Cutting, Slicing or dicing of raw vegetables, meat, seafood or poultry for bread fillin.
5.Following First-Expired-First Out method.
6.Processing of bakery product that involves mixing, flattening, filling, kneading, resting, portioning, shaping, baking and cooling to produce quality products.
7.Checking shelf-life, expiration date and quality of products on h work station.
8.Monitoring and checking chiller, freezer and dry storage temperature.
9.Receiving and checking deliveries of supplies.
10.Checking inventories and supplies needed for ordering.
