Job Description

*at least 4 years experience as PA. Must b Bilingual.
*Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
*manage and organize (meetings, appointment and access)
*reminding of important tasks and deadlines.
*typing, compiling and preparing reports.
*implementing and maintaining procedur systems.
*liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
*manage databases and filing systems.
* miscellaneous tasks to support their manager.

Salary is negotiable.


Candidate Requirements

College Graduate
Bilingual (Arabic and English)
flexible and adaptability
organizational skills and the ability to multitask
proactive and take initiative
Tact and diplomacy
standard software packages and the ability to learn company specific software if required.
