Job description
Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing their schedule, emails, and calls.
Coordinate and prioritize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Language Expertise:
Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Facilitate communication between the CEO and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
Doentation and Correspondence:
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other doents.
Translate doents from Chinese to English and vice versa.
Meeting Coordination:
Organize and attend meetings with the CEO, taking minutes and following up on action items.
Assist in preparing materials and presentations for meetings.
Travel Arrangements:
Manage complex travel itineraries, accommodations, and visa arrangements.
Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
