Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive female Personal Secretary from the Philippines with finance management experience to support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both administrative and financial tasks, ensuring smooth operations and efficient financial management. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties, as well as managing and overseeing financial activities.


Candidate Requirements

Proven experience as a personal secretary or similar administrative role.
Strong background in finance management, including budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
High school diploma; additional qualifications in finance, accounting, or office administration are a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
