Master PPF Installer / Window Tint / Polishing Detailing Expert (Trainer)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master PPF Installer / Window Tint / Polishing Detailing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience in paint protection film (PPF) installation, window tinting, and polishing detailing. You will be responsible for training new technicians and enhancing their skills to ensure high-quality service delivery to our clients.
A valid driver’s license is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
•Training and Development: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new and existing technicians in PPF installation, window tinting, and polishing detailing techniques.
•Quality Control: Ensure all installations and detailing work meet our high standards for quality and craftsmanship.
•Technical Expertise: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and materials to provide ongoing education and support to the team.
•Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on services and products.
•Tool and Material Management: Manage tools and materials effectively to ensure the team is well-equipped and prepared for jobs.
•Safety Compliance: Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
•Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience in PPF installation, window tinting, and polishing detailing.
•Skills: Strong technical skills in installation techniques and attention to detail.
•Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to teach and motivate others.
•Licensing: A valid driver’s license is an advantage.
•Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy materials and equipment.
