Understand the client's business requirements, technical requirements and competitive landscape
Collaborate with the Solution Architect and the sales team to define, design, and detail the technical aspects and feasibility of proposed solutions
· Perform presales technical evaluation of the customer's systems and infrastructure in close collaboration with sales representative
· Maintain and develop high level of customer relationships in order to retain existing business and develop new opportunities
· Responsible for pre-sales technology, solutions, and strategic client engagement
· Assess customer opportunities and architect creative and innovative solutions aimed at solving business, operational, and financial issues.
· Provides highly innovative solutions that contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas.
· Develop quotes, proposals, and presentations related to the solution being built
