Procurement Secretary
Our company is in need of Finance Secretary.
Minimum Qualifications:
1) Proficient in MS Office
2) With minimum of 2 years of related experience
Duties:
· Record all the receiving and releasing documents
· Follow up clients regarding payments
· Update Bank Payment Vouchers, Invoices, Statement of Accounts and Cash Receipt Vouchers
· Enter data for quantities of parts issued and transferred between locations, inventory and cycle count adjustments, into computer database
· Setup, organize and maintain Filing System
· Note any refunds or disbursements that needs to be made
· Troubleshoot quantity discrepancies with manufacturing and inspection personnel
· Sort and file correspondence, and perform miscellaneous clerical duties such as answering correspondence and writing reports
· Perform various administrative functions
· Performs other job related duties as required
