Key Responsibilities:
Market Expertise & Lead Generation:
Develop a deep understanding of the real estate market, including property types, pricing trends, and community dynamics.
Actively generate and manage a pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
Identify and reach out to potential buyers, sellers, and investors to build your client portfolio.
Client Management:
Provide clients with tailored advice on buying, selling, and leasing properties.
Conduct property viewings and provide comprehensive information on the community, amenities, and lifestyle.
Negotiate and close property transactions while ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all parties.
Sales Performance & Reporting:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
Regularly report on pipeline progress and market activity to management.
Networking & Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Secondary real estate sales, with a focus on the Dubai market.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
License: RERA certification is a plus or must be willing to obtain one.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of the Real Estate market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
