Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Performing routine inspections and quality tests.

• Will be responsible of all the communication with the airport authorities for licensing and certification process.
• Wil be assigned to the company safety, quality, and company manual, creating updating, and approving if required.
• Will be the contact point with both GACA and the airport authorities.
• Conduct teleconference a briefing (presentation) to manageme Verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills, when required and needed.
• Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
• Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
• Review's client, customer, and user feedback.
• Maintains compliance with international, national, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies. That are a requirement of the company activities and work to be up to standard and can reach the highest quality levels.
• Will be the assigned personal for all the ISO certificate, process and follow up for issuance and renewal.
• Will be the assigned personal for all the GACA certificates, process, licenses and follow up for issuance and renewal.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications& Experience
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Aviation management, logistics, or business administration with at least 3 years of experience as a quality auditor, also the job holder should have the knowledge and an experience of office management systems and procedures.
▪ Professional certification, such as Six Sigma, Quality Engineer, or Quality Auditor
▪ Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
▪ Able to travel to meet vendors and suppliers, as necessary.
▪ very good in English reading and writing, experience, good in IT and customer services.
▪ Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices and defect management practices.
