Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties based on their requirements.
Market properties through online platforms, social media, and other marketing channels.
Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective clients.
Provide clients with accurate information about pricing, market trends, and property features.
Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, and landlords to achieve successful transactions.
Maintain a professional attitude and deliver excellent customer service.
Valid UAE visa (own visa/sponsored).
Previous experience in real estate is an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
Familiarity with the UAE property market is a plus.
Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
