Job Description

Property Listing: Identify and list residential and commercial properties for sale.
Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listed properties, including online listings and open houses.
Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and develop potential clients through networking, cold calling, referrals and various marketing strategies.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored real estate solutions.
Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property viewings and showcase the features and benefits of each property.
Negotiation: Negotiate property sales, leases and contracts, ensuring the best possible outcome for both the client and the company.
Market Research: Stay up to date with the latest market trends, property values and competitive developments in the real estate sector.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Doentation: Prepare and manage all necessary paperwork, contracts and agreements related to property transactions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other agents and team members to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding results.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Conduct property inspections and appraisals.


Candidate Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales of real estate.
Language Skills: Fluency in English, other languages are an asset.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and build rapport with clients.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills to successfully finalize transactions.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
Cultural Awareness: Understanding of the Dubai market and cultural nuances to effectively engage with clients from Dubai.
Customer Service: A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with real estate software and platforms is a plus.
Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.
