Job Description

The Role:
- Canvassing for properties, cold calling, and prospecting new potential lea.
- Assist clients in renting, buying, or selling properties in Dubai and UAE.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance to clients.
- Build and maintain a strong client network through relationship-building and consistent follow-ups.
- Market properties through various platforms, including social media, online listings, and open houses.
- Stay updated on market trends, property laws, and competitive landscape in Dubai.
- Negotiate offers, contracts, and terms to achieve successful transactions.
- Manage and update property listings and client databases.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a real estate agent in Dubai.
- RERA certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain it).
- Proven track record of successful property transactions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivation and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Passion for real estate and customer service
- Excellent knowledge of Dubai’s property market, areas, and developments.
- Proficiency in English (Arabic or Chinese languages is a plus).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
