We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a commission-based agent, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Your success will be rewarded with uncapped earning potential.

WE ARE SEARCHING AGENTS WHO CAN CLOSE OFF- PLAN AND SECONDARY DEALS
What You’ll Do:
Guide buyers and investors through every step of the property transaction process.
Provide clients with up-to-date market analysis to make informed decisions.
Build and maintain a client database to ensure successful deal closures.
Negotiate effectively and stay up-to-date on market trends.
Our ideal candidate has:
At least 1 year in real estate with a proven sales track record.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
In-depth understanding of the UAE real estate market.
Fluent English is a must. Additional languages like Arabic, Russian, French or Farsi are a plus.
Expectations:
- Convert qualified leads provided by the company into deals with at least 30% conversion rate;
- Reflect all steps in AMO CRM system;
- Participate in marketing activities – shoot video content, attend business breakfasts, roadshows etc;
- Existing network and own clients – welcomed

To thrive in this role, we’re looking for the following:
- Proven sales track record (If any)
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in Dubai Real Estate market;
- Successful sales record with high conversion rates;
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skill, English C1+;
- UAE driving license and car;
- RERA certification preferred;
- Ambitious, motivated and result oriented mindset
