The Reception Manager lead the front office team to ensure an outstanding guest’s experience, recommend sports products and services, and ensure additional sales.
CLUB MANAGEMENT
• Oversee all front desk activities, lead, and motivate front desk’s team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage external staff to perform various activities.
• Monitor new student registration progression and retention and report to the Management.
• Collaborate with the Head Coach to organize events (tournament, activation, etc…) as part of club’s promotional program.
• Recommend and conduct sporting campaigns and events aligned with Management’s plan.
• Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
• Prepare and track Invoices, LPOs and other administrative documents.
SALES
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales services and advises.
• Maintain outstanding club condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Receive, control and store products shipments.
• Ensure accurate stock information, recommend stock quantity, and place orders.
• Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
• Stay updated about product and services information and accurately describe features and benefits.
• Manage point-of-sale processes.
• Generate products and services sales to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Accurately report daily, weekly, and monthly sales to the management.
CUSTOMER SERVICES
• Welcome and greet customers in a friendly manner.
• Assist customers through their booking and guide them around the club facilities.
• Informe clients about the app and membership packages content and benefits.
• Answer & follow up customers queries through various channels (e-mail, WhatsApp, Facebook, phone etc…)
PERSONALITY
• Creative Leader able to manage a team.
• Curious and adaptable with a “Can-do” attitude.
• Good communicator, pleasant and friendly personality with a great sense of humor.
EXPERIENCE
• 5 years’ experience within sales / customer service / event / administration
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management / Business Administration.
SKILLS
• Customer service oriented.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (mainly Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good written skills.
• English Proficiency.
• Arabic OR Russian language highly preferred, or any European language on a native level.
WOULD BE A GREAT ADVANTAGE
