JOB DESCRIPTION
1)Greetings and Assisting the Customer in the reception area.
2)Answering Customer’s Phone Calls Inquiry Politely and Clearly.
3)Encoding all Customer’s Details , Special Request , Complaints,
Feedbacks, Comments and Suggestions.
4)Understanding Customer Needs.
5)Food and Customer’s Details & Account Modification.
6)Preparing Daily Reports.
7)Knowledgeable in operating the Restaurant System and Application.
8)Creating customer log and follow up with customer after sales.
9)Sending Payment Link to the Customers and follow up just in case it’s not processed.
10) Food packing of the missing order and coordinate with the driver.
(Just in case there’s a Complaints.
11) Maintaining Customer Satisfaction by giving Excellent Service.

Computer Literate
For Filipino - Arabic Speaking is advantage
For Syrian, Lebanese & Jordanian - English is a must
