Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using office equipment, including multi-line phone systems. Basic computer skills (email, MS Office, scheduling software).
