· Answer incoming phone calls, direct calls to respective colleague, take down message
· Greet visitors and direct them to destined meeting rooms, inform colleagues on the arrival of their visitors
· Handle incoming mail and delivery, Arranging meeting schedule
. Perform mail sorting, distribution and courier, arranging delivery schedule
. Making short memo, letters, internal correspondance, wages report and notices
· Minimum 1 years of experience in clerical / administrative support
· Pleasant personality and good communication skills
· Able to work independently and have good work attitude
. Flexible and open minded to tackle the work force and timing
