We are actively looking for a highly motivated and experienced Receptionist with at least two years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to all visitors and clients of the company.
The individual must be knowledgeable and friendly, with an ability to remain professional in all situations.
Primary responsibilities include:
•Greeting and welcoming visitors and clients upon their arrival at the office.
•Answering and transferring phone calls to the appropriate department.
•Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
•Maintaining a professional and clean reception area.
•Assisting with any other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, a positive attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
