*Here are the main responsibilities for the role:*
1.Researching and qualifying leads
2.Calling qualified leads
3.Arranging meetings between potential clients and Sales Managers
4.Updating the CRM database
5.Reporting to the Sales Manager
*Key skills for the role:*
Communication Skills – must be proficient in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Research Skills – able to search for relevant and accurate information about prospects and their contact details
Prospecting Skills – able to generate leads based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Task management Skills – must be able to handle tasks in an organized, efficient, and timely manner
CRM Skills – have experience in using CRM software
MS Office Skills – must be proficient in using Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, etc.
Sales Skills - proven experience in Sales or in a Service-oriented role.
