Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Robotic Welding Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, operating and maintaining robotic welding machines in our production facility. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in robotic welding machine operation and will be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Program and operate robotic welding machines to produce high-quality welded parts
Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper function and quality control
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
Maintain inventory of materials and supplies required for production
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent, with additional technical or vocational training in welding or a related field
At least five years of experience in robotic welding machine operation
Knowledge of welding equipment, materials, and techniques
Experience in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
