Job Description:
-Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events.
-Develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
-Analyse and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
-Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
-Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met.
-Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.
-Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
-Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
-Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
-Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products.
-Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
-Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
-Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
-Exceed quotas.
-Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimise the sales effort.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or equivalent.
-2-5 years of experience in marketing and sales.
-Excellent in IT(is a must)
-Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Marketo, Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g. -Salesforce), and content management systems.
-Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis.
-Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
-Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Highly self-motivated
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Strong written and verbal communication skills (ARABIC and ENGLISH).
-Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
-Strong prioritisation, organisation, and project management skills
-Ability to travel as necessary
