Sell parts to all customers, over the counter or on the phone.
Maintaining proper records of orders, sales log and suppli list.
Candidates speaking Arabic apart from English & Hindi will get preference.
Assists all customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
Provides high level of service to internal and external customers.
Notifies parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.
Locates out-of-stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order, if necessary.
Notifies the body shop when all parts have arrived and when they will be delivered.
Cleans computer terminals and printers daily.
Keeps current on new products and product updates.
Maintains professional appearance.
Other tasks as assigned.
Salary negotiable depending on experience
Experience in counter sales of car spare parts in the UAE - preferred
Languages - English, Hindi, Arabic is a must, other languages would be an addition
The candidate should be customer oriented, should possess good talking skills
Candidate should be available in the UAE for a physical interview.
