We offer a wide range of classes, workshops, and performances for students of all ages and skill levels. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Female Sales and Business Development Manager to oversee the daily operations of our circus school. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for the performing arts. As the Sales and Business Development Manager , you will ensure the smooth and efficient running of our facilities, programs, and events, while fostering a positive and supportive community for our staff and students. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and clientele growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the circus school, including facility management, class scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and coordinate the logistics of classes, workshops, and performances, ensuring all activities run smoothly.
- Supervise and support administrative staff, and instructors fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.
- Monitor and manage budgets, financial records, and inventory, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and implementing strategies to increase student enrollment and program participation.
- Develop and execute marketing and outreach plans to promote the circus school and attract new students and audiences.
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, and sponsors to support the school’s growth and financial stability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe environment for all participants.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the management and other stakeholders to plan and execute special events, shows, and community outreach programs.
- Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes, seeking opportunities for innovation and growth.


Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in operations management
- Fluent in English
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and increasing clientele.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Passion for the performing arts and a commitment to supporting artistic education and expression.
