Act as a bridge between customers and internal departments (operations, accounts, transport supervisors).
Handle incoming inquiries by phone, email, and WhatsApp professionally and promptly.
Prepare and share transport service quotations, contracts, and follow-ups with customers.
Coordinate with the operations team for truck allocation, shipment updates, and delivery confirmations.
Maintain and update customer databases, job card logs, and CRM systems accurately.
Assist the Sales team in preparing tender doents, proposals, and necessary supporting doents.
Follow up on pending payments and support Accounts for collections coordination.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and upselling opportunities.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
Assist in planning and executing customer visits, meetings, and events when required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
1-3 years’ experience in sales coordination, customer support, or logistics admin roles (preferably in UAE transport companies).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. (Arabic is an advantage.)
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Basic understanding of land transportation operations and doentation (like LPO, Invoice, Delivery Note, Job Cards).
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and handle client issues efficiently.
Team player with positive attitude and professional behavior.
