Prospect new potential clients and manage additional sales from existing customers.
Identify new custom opportunities and assist in developing plans
Job costing, Quote submission, follow-up and negotiate to secure the contract.
Lead the development and preparation of RFP’s, Pre-Qualification, formal presentations
Preparing tenders and good knowledge of FM technical specifications.
Conduct market research and come up with action plan to increase sales revenue.
Responsible for meeting Monthly and Annual Sales Target.
Meet new customers as part of the daily plan and create business opportunities.
Track and report current status of potential projects, markets, Customer news, and developments
Regularly communicate with existing clients to ensure that their needs are met and keep updating the customer feedback to the management.
Follows up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction of service and to obtain referrals for new business.
Candidate should have good knowledge in Valv Mete Products.
Candidate should have Min. 2-3 years Marketing work experience.
Good command of English both written and spoken with proficient excel skills
Should be highly flexible and adaptable with Excellent analytical and communication skill.
Must have Driving License
