We are looking for an Energetic, Passionate, and Career-Focused Sales Professional for one of the largest banks in the UAE. (Location - Abu Dhabi)
Candidates should have hardcore UAE banking experience in Credit Card / Loan Sales (MANDATORY). He / She will be responsible for achieving weekly / Monthly targets assigned by the management and growing the retail business for the Company.
Job responsibilities:
· This is a front-line Sales position and is responsible for driving business, achieving monthly sales targets, and acquiring new customers through consultative selling of multi-products.
· Prospecting for new customers through own leads, references, and self-generated leads.
· Set daily appointments and Company visits, listen to customer needs, and sell the most appropriate product.
· Ensures all applications are fully and accurately completed and submitted properly.
· Keep up-to-date on products and promotional Offers for Customers.
· Ensuring all performance standards are met viz. business targets, controls, and compliance.
· Engaging with premium customers to build relationships, and deliver a positive customer experience while acquiring new customers.
Skills Required:
· Banking sales experience
· Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
· Exceptional problem-solving and planning skills.
· High levels of initiative, self-motivation, and time management.
· Ability to influence and negotiate with customers, both existing and NTB, and at all levels.
. Excellent verbal communication, and relationship-building experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
