We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive with a strong background in hoses to join our team at Robust Hoses LLC. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving the sales and growth of our hoses division by effectively promoting and selling our range of high-quality hoses to existing and potential customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target industries and market segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing suitable hose solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers to showcase the features and benefits of our hoses.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate pricing and terms to secure sales agreements.
- Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the sales management team.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the hoses industry or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of hoses, their applications, and relevant industries such as oil and gas, mining, construction, agriculture, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable hose solutions.
- Experience in delivering effective sales presentations and negotiations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to meet customers as needed.
