•Develop sales strategy that covers sales, revenue and expense controls
•Draft sponsorship packages
•Develop initiatives to find new sponsors and maintain long-term relationships with sponsors
•Identify companies with potential to rent ToDA or sponsor its events
•Recruit clients or event agencies to enable private events at ToDA
•Strong work ethic and high energy; suited to a multi-tasking, fast-paced environment
•Experience in drafting sponsorship and sales packages
•2-5 years’ experience in entertainme industry
•Experience in customer relationship management
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
