The Sales Manager is responsible for driving business-to-business sales efforts, managing client accounts, and achieving sales targets. The role focuses on building long-term relationships with corporate clients, developing sales strategies, and leading a sales team to expand market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients to increase sales.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client companies.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
Team Management: Lead and coach a team of B2B sales professionals.
Negotiations & Proposals: Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify business opportunities.
Performance Tracking: Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in direct sales
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
Possess a UAE Driving License
Available in UAE and able to join immediately
