We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Event Sales Manager with a strong background in event sales, luxury experiences, and entertainment. The ideal candidate will have a flair for securing high-value business, building premium client relationships, and delivering exceptional event experiences from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive revenue through special events, brand activations & corporate buyouts
Identify & secure new business with luxury brands, corporates & agencies
Lead the end-to-end sales process – from pitching to post-event follow-up
Build strong relationships with event planners, PR firms & key decision-makers
Develop custom event proposals and oversee on-site event execution
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, tech, F&B & marketing teams
Maintain detailed client and sales pipeline tracking
3–5 years of experience in event sales, luxury hospitality, or entertainment
Proven success in high-value sales and luxury experiences
Excellent presentation, negotiation & relationship-building skills
Strong understanding of the UAE events & luxury market
Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Events or Hospitality
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
