We're hiring Sales Manager- Equipment Division for a well reputed water treatme solution company in Dubai.

Responsibilities:
· Generate new opportunities using lead generation &
management, networking, building relationships and cold
calling.
· Develop & implement sales strategies through a robust
sales plan which is in line with company’s goals for sales,
revenue, profitability, and growth.
· Provide accurate monthly sales and revenue forecasts,
market & competitor analysis reports to the Sales Director.
· Manage sales team including setting & monitoring.
KPI�, retaining, mentoring, recruiting & training.
· Negotiate and finalize commercial terms and contracts.
· Maintain timely communication with customers.
· Support customers with conflict resolution whenever
required.
· Coordinate with the Engineering team in smooth handover
of orders.
· Support accounts team in cash collection.
· Prepare and present high-level presentations to customers /
prospects.
· Determine areas of improvement in both internal processes
and team members.
· Make realistic decisions in line with company policies and
procedures.
· Keen to take any other responsibility assigned by
management.
Requirements:
- Arabic Speaking.
- Bachelor’s in chemical / Mechanical engineering (Masters in
Marketing an added advantage.)
- Min. 6 years' experience in Water & wastewater treatment
in UAE.
- Min. 3 years managerial experience in UAE.
