Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our automobile sales team. This role involves overseeing the promotion, sales, impo, and marketing of our vehicle inventory, developing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the automotive industry, and experience in both sales and marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to increase vehicle sales, focusing on both new and used vehicles.
Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition: Drive initiatives to generate leads, identify potential customers, and convert inquiries into sales.
Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising (print, radio, events).
Brand Management: Ensure consistent and effective brand messaging across all marketing channels to enhance the dealership’s brand recognition and positioning in the market.
Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and potential leads to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Sales Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on sales performance, customer demographics, and marketing effectiveness. Use data to adjust strategies and meet sales goals.
Market Research: Analyze competitors, market trends, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and adjust sales and marketing strategies accordingly.
Promotions and Events: Plan and execute events such as car shows, test drive events, and customer appreciation activities to increase engagement and sales.
Sales Training and Team Development: Train and mentor the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed on the latest automobile models, features, and industry trends to provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the automobile industry.
Strong knowledge of the automobile market, products, and consumer trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (social media, email marketing, Google Analytics, etc.).
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Creative problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Previous automotive sales experience is a plus.
Knowledge of local or regional automobile market trends.
