Sales and Marketing Representative

Description:
Sales and Marketing Responsibilities:
* develop the company’s marketing strategy and ensures its implementation throughout the organization.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
* constantly research our key clients goals to match their design & communication language
* Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying potential clients to securing lucrative deals that align with our business objectives and achieves sales targets.
* Create detailed business plans for the main company business along with constantly developing creative opportunities for new opportunities for new lines of business.
* Conduct regular meetings with the company teams and suppliers to develop provide management with weekly and quarterly feedbacks and progress updates.
* Continuously monitor market trends, competitor actions, and industry developments to seize potential business opportunities.
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
* Track and report on key account metrics, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
* Proactively discover new sales opportunities through effective networking strategies, converting them into long-term partnerships that drive revenue growth.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.
* handles new product launch marketing plan and sales forecasts
* ensures all marketing platforms are always up-to standard and up-to dates. While constantly developing them based on market requirements and the company’s marketing strategy
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or a related field
* Outgoing personality
* Good Communication Skills
* Proven track record in Sales and Marketing.
* Must be knowledgeable about different advertising techniques.
* Must be an expert in customer retention and acquisition.
* Must have valid UAE driving license
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
* Should be able to communicate fluently in English
