We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to manage and expand our local B2B and international export sales channels. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless sales operations across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities
•Local B2B Sales:
•Identify and engage with potential business clients within the UAE.
•Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote company services.
•Identify and generate new leads, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing local clients.
•Understand client needs and provide tailored product solutions.
•Achieve and exceed local sales targets and KPIs.
•Prepare sales reports and maintain an up-to-date client database.
•Export Sales:
•Explore and establish new international markets for our products.
•Manage relationships with overseas distributors and clients.
•Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and doentation.
•Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
General:
•Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
•Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
•Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
•Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, with a focus on both local and export markets.
•Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
•Strong understanding of international trade regulations and export doentation.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
•Fluency in English; Hindi. Additional languages Arabic, French or other a definite plus.
•Willingness to travel as required.
