• Meeting sales targets through securing new business and growing the client portfolio and continuous improvement in sales. • Coordinating the sales effort by working with internal staff and external clients. • Preparation of accurate quotes ensuring measurements and finishes are correct and Reviewing plans to enable accurate quoting and to follow up on all quotes. • Maintain and build client relationships through regular communication and site visits. • Providing technical advice and support • Seeking and converting new builder prospects. • Making telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations as required. • Managing customer complaints and implementing fixes to avoid future issues. • Communicating effectively and in a timely manner both internally and externally. • Participating in trade shows and conventions as required.
