• Maintain and build client relationships through regular communication and site visits.
• Providing technical advice and support
• Seeking and converting new builder prospects.
• Making telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations as required.
• Managing customer complaints and implementing fixes to avoid future issues.
• Communicating effectively and in a timely manner both internally and externally.
• Participating in trade shows and conventions as required.
