-Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Participates in the setting of Company goals and Achieves Assigned Department Annual Sales Target.
- Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Assists in the development and implementation of Marketing Plans which includes and not limited to: Marketing Budget, Sales Tools (Catalogues, Leaflets, etc.), Advertising, Exhibition Participation, etc.
- Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
- Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Payment Collection & Follow Up
- To bring new products “on board” through market research and market analysis.
- To keep up-to-da with the latest trends and recommend which products need to be sold.
- Attend meetings, exhibitions, conferences, etc. in order to recommend new products as per the customers’ wants and needs.
-To Lead the Sales & Distribution organization in the assigned area ensuring Sales and secondary distribution, in line with the Sales & Distribution policies to deliver sales targets
