Job Description

Product Expertise Master detailed knowledge of waterproofing products (coatings, sealants, membranes) and their applications. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings. Client Acquisition & Management Identify and target potential clients (contractors, construction firms, architects, property managers). Generate leads through networking, trade shows, and digital platforms. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Sales Process Execution Develop customized proposals and quotes based on client needs. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms. Meet or exceed month sales targets. Use CRM tools to track leads, sales pipelines, and client interactions. Technical Support & Site Engagement Provide technical guidance on product selection and application. Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and oversee product implementation. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve client issues. Market Intelligence & Collaboration Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats. Work with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Provide feedback on product development based on client insights.

Training & Education

Compliance & Doentation

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Maintain accurate records of sales, contracts, and communications.

Handle warranty claims, returns, and liaise with finance on invoici.

After-Sales Support

Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.

Act as a liaison between clients and support teams for issue resolution.

Professional Development & Travel

Attend industry events, trade shows, and professional organizations.

Travel regional to meet clients and attend meetings.

Administrative Tasks

Prepare regular sales performance reports for management.

Manage doentation related to sales activities and client agreements.
