•Visiting potential customers in designated region in daily basis and generate sales lead
•Creating a database of customers
•Maintaining and developing good relationship with existing customers
•Arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
•Acting as a main contact between the company and its existing and potential Customer
•Listening to customer requirements and suggest the right applications
•Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and provide to customers the quotation on time
•Negotiating on price, delivery, and specifications with the customers.
•Negotiating the terms and conditions and closing the sales
•Monitoring the enquiry, quotations, sales, and order information in ERP
•Coordinating with the stores for the delivery of material to the customer
•Following up with the customer for the payment and other necessary missing doents to be submitted
