- Attend the reception area, answering phone calls, email inquiries etc.
- Maintain and controls doents
- Preparing correspondences, quotations, invoices and receipts
- Provides assistance to Executive staffs
- Manages files and records
- Managing office supplies
- Scheduling appointments
- Female, preferably at least 35 years old
- Filipino nationality
- Knowledgeable in MS office
- Has several years of experience as Secretary; experience as Secretary in a legal firm is an advantage
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Has excellent time management skills and be able to multi-task
