Adam General Trading Company is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a secretary.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Responsibilities:
1.Welcoming visitors and clients.
2.Perform general administrative duties such as: Answering phone calls. Responding to emails.
3.Scheduling appointments ,meetings. Preparing conference rooms for meetings.
4.Manage and organize files, both electronic and hard copy
5.Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
6.Make travel arrangements, Hotel Booking and coordinate logistics for meetings.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s Degree
2.candidates with experience preferred.
3.Fluent in English and Arabic.
4.Presentable with Excellent communication skills.
