Job Description

Secretary Accountant in a building materials trading company focused on export.
Job type: Full time
Salary is based on work experience and degree levels


Candidate Requirements

Candidate must have Accounts Background, handle full set of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable.
Maintain data entry and ensure proper maintenance of records with appropriate supporting doentation and filing.
Good knowledge in using Microsoft Office, World and Excel. Having experience in SAGE system is a plus.

Be able to handle Company’s Secretarial responsibilities.
Process doents, maintaining databases.

Might prepare quarterly submission of VAT.
Be in touch with the Shipping Companies for freight booking and Export procedures.

Should have 4 years or more experience in the same field
Language: good English, French is a plus.
