Administrative Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support including phone calls, emails & correspondence
Schedule appointments & meetings
Maintain filing systems both physical and digital for doents, reports & records
Prepare and issue Quotation both for clients & suppliers
Accounting & Financial Responsibilities:
Record financial transactions and maintain accurate and organized accounting records, Update payable, receivables and other financial statements.
Maintain employee records and handle payroll related inquiries
Generate and send invoices to clients, follow up receivable and overdue payments.
minimum 3 yrs experienced
with background or experience in Construction, Fit Out or Designing Company
