Job Description

Perform general office duties such as office administration & office supplies management.
Answer all incoming calls, handle caller’s inquiries, re-direct calls and take messages.
Handles correspondence and composing emails.
Advertise job vacancies, assess applications, conducting initial interview of shortlisted applicants.
Maintain the personal records of employees.
Other HR and administrative related duties

Bachelor's Degree
1 to 2 years related experience
