Job Description:
We are hiring a professional and dedicated Security Guard with license to join our team at a private compound villa complex in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of residents, visitors, and the property within the compound.
Key Responsibilities:
•Monitor and patrol the compound villas, ensuring all gates, fences, and entrances are secure.
•Control access points, verifying identification and issuing entry passes for residents, guests, and service providers.
•Respond quickly and appropriately to any incidents, emergencies, or alarms.
•Perform regular checks of the compound's common areas, including parking lots, gardens, and recreational spaces.
•Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times and report any suspicious activities to the supervisor.
•Operate and monitor CCTV systems, providing surveillance for potential threats.
•Assist with emergency evacuation plans during drills or actual emergencies.
•Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and security-related matters.
•Enforce compound policies and guidelines for the safety and security of all residents.
•Liaise with law enforcement or emergency services if needed during critical incidents.
