• Following a systematic distribution of security staff to ensure the safety & security of all the areas, residents, and guests.
• Managing all the activities relating to the fire division.
• Responsibility of analyzing and taking decisions in making a security plan that covers the resort 24 hours daily and 7 days weekly to insure running the resort’s security operations and managing it during emergencies.
• Making security and fire incidents reports when happening and documentation.
• Supervision on all ESC department tasks and operations both office work & field duty.
• Maintain excellent cooperation with all HODs to prioritizing security plans and risks management.
• Planning and following up on training security staff to always improve their performance based on 5 stars resorts standards.
