In-charged of correlating information relating to all financial aspects of future and on-going projects’ in respect to the cost estimates and baseline budget, implementing the procedures & instructions, efficiently keeping current all project records related to quantity surveying which must be imparted to the Manager-Estimation for proper administration of the project.
Responsible together with the team to undertake tender exercises, providing commercial evaluation of bids received and arranging formal execution of subcontracts in accordance with customer requirements, best value outcomes, company policy, building regulations and other relevant legislation. Also responsible for the preparation of interim payments, variation orders, Penultimate Bills and claims.
