Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a Top Tier Construction company that is changing skylines across the globe by delivering some of the most prestigious high-rise hotel and residential projects. Our client is looking to hire a
<b>Quantity Surveyor (Onsite) in Dubai, UAE.</b>

<br />They are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record of delivery on hotel and residential high rise projects. This role will report directly to a Senior Manager and will form part of the project QS team. You'll be working collaboratively with specialist sub-contractors as well as the Design, Planning, and Construction teams to achieve desired results. This opportunity will suit an Senior QS with demonstrable experience of working for top-tier principal contractors on major high rise projects.

<br />RequirementsProven QS experience working for top-tier principal contractors on major hotel and residential high rise projects.
<br />Astute and ambitious Surveyor, capable of reading drawings, understanding contracts, legal compliance, procurement, and commercial governance.
<br />Degree in Quantity Surveying, or equivalent
<br />Excellent team player whilst also holding the ability to work independently on own initiative
<br />Excellent time management skills, with ability to work to tight deadlines
<br />Experience participating in risk management, cost forecasting and reporting.
